Art Auction

Art Auction, inspirated by "Modern Art", is a game that trade modern paintings and make your gallery the best. 

[Game Rules]

1. This game starts with 4 players includes 3 AI players.

2. The game consists of 4 rounds: Open Bidding, Closed Bidding, Fixed Price, and NFT Open Bidding.

3. Each player has 10 paintings by 5 painters: AI, Francisco de Goya, Katsushika Hokusai, Vincent van Gogh, and Wassily Kandinsky.

3. At the start of each round, you must choose one painting from your collection within 30 seconds. If the time runs out, a random painting will be chosen for you.

4. Each bidding round involves 4 paintings, with each bidding phase lasting 30 seconds.

Open Bidding

• Each player publicly offers a price.
• When the time expires, the last player with the highest bid wins.
• The purchased artwork is added to their gallery.

Closed Bidding

• Each player privately offers a price.
• When the time expires, the first player with the highest bid wins.
• The purchased artwork is added to their gallery.

Fixed Price

• Each player publicly offers a price.
• The first player to place a bid wins.
• The purchased artwork is added to their gallery.

NFT Open Bidding

• Each player publicly offers a price.
• When the time expires, the last player with the highest bid wins.
• The purchased artwork is immediately sold at market price (randomized).

5. At the end of each round, the reputation of artists is updated. The reputation points awarded are based on the lowest bid for each artists: 0, 3, 7, and 10. For example, if Goya's artworks were sold for 20 golds, Hokusai's for 10 golds, and Van Gogh's for 10 golds, Goya's reputation would receive 7 points, Hokusai's and Van Gogh's would receive 3 points each, and the last artists' reputation would receive 0 points.

6. When all rounds are finished, the final score and the ranking will be displayed.
