Abyss Together
Languages: English, Korean, Japanese
Abyss Together is a card-based roguelike RPG game. The player takes on the role of the leader of a party of four heroes who have fallen into a vertical cave. The leader guides the party through battles against monsters blocking their path in order to return to the surface. Across 17 stages, players must collect items and potions to defeat increasingly powerful monsters.
The core of the game design is centered on not losing party members. This concept started by subverting typical deck-building roguelikes. If a party member dies, the cards that member would have provided are no longer available, and the deck can quickly become depleted as if falling off a cliff.
Developed using the Unity Engine and C#, generative AI was used to create some of the images.
How to Play
- You can change the game language in the settings.
- If the chosen character dies, the game ends.
- Cards and potions can be used by dragging and dropping them onto their designated targets.
- Equipped items provide passive effects.
- If a party member dies, any cards triggered by that member become unusable.
Known Bugs
- Occasionally, the game will re-draw cards unexpectedly.
- Very rarely, the game will draw all cards at once.

I finished the game, it was pretty fun. I was hoping it'd last a little longer to better customize the deck.
I think getting the same items (equipment) should make them stack, otherwise it's probably always best to remove/duplicate cards. I liked that particular mechanic, by the way.
The double attack enemy x2 was the hardest battle for me. It was insta-defeat twice. The only times I lost party members were those two times, losing the leaders.
